This tutorial will guide you through the configuration of Vietnamese Keyboard for Windows 7 or Vista.  After that you will be able to type Vietnamese words on any Website, forums and any typing application such as Microsoft Document and so on.  This tutorial also provide a copy of Keyboard layout as a guide to locate the Vietnamese character.  Click here for the layout.  Follow the instruction below: Click on Start ---»  Control Panel...
